Everything is packed and posted by hand from our workshop in rural Cheshire, usually within 2 working days of your order.
UK delivery
Standard delivery (Royal Mail, 2–4 working days): £3.95, or free on orders over £50. We’ll email you tracking details where they’re available.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same or next working day. During busy periods, or for made-to-order items, please allow a little longer — we’ll always keep you posted.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you’d like to order from elsewhere, email us at hello@thecopperbucket.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do.
Problems with your delivery
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, or turns up damaged, get in touch at hello@thecopperbucket.co.uk and we’ll put it right.
