Placing an order
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email acknowledging it. This is not acceptance of your order — a contract is formed only when we email to confirm your items have been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed incorrectly.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We take payment when you order, through our secure payment providers. We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors can occasionally occur; if we find one we’ll let you know and give you the option to continue or cancel.
Delivery
Delivery costs and estimated timescales are shown at checkout and on our Delivery Information page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and cancellations
Your rights to cancel, return and obtain refunds are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our products
Many of our items are handmade or made from natural materials, so small variations in grain, colour and finish are normal and part of their character.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
